You are required to drop off your wig no later than 3 days before your appointment for a timely customization.
Cancellation Policy
Due to unexpected emergencies or what have you, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please be considerate of my time and inform me through text or email. Thank you. Please be aware that you will be given 24 hours to cancel OR reschedule your appointment. Also, understand that ALL deposits made are non-refundable.
