Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE: That ALL deposits made are non-refundable. I understand that things happen and plans may change. To respect my time and allow other clients the opportunity to book, please review the following policy before scheduling your appointment. Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in the loss of your deposit. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred to the new appointment date when proper notice is given. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit. Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required before booking another appointment. No-Call/No-Show: Clients who fail to arrive without notice will forfeit their deposit.
