Service Description
If you are unsure about my ability to catch your hair due to short hair, undercut, thin/soft hair, etc. I recommend you book a consultation. As the stylist, both the client and I will discuss hair satisfactory. I will learn your expectations for the appointment, any concerns can be addressed to ensure that a great understanding is established. During this time, we will also discuss alternate protective styles if necessary.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE: That ALL deposits made are non-refundable. I understand that things happen and plans may change. To respect my time and allow other clients the opportunity to book, please review the following policy before scheduling your appointment. Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in the loss of your deposit. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred to the new appointment date when proper notice is given. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit. Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required before booking another appointment. No-Call/No-Show: Clients who fail to arrive without notice will forfeit their deposit.
