Stylist and client meeting in person to address questions or concerns.
Service Description
Consultations can be done in one of three ways, including in person, via text message (sending picture) or via FaceTime call. If you are unsure about my ability to catch your hair due to short hair, undercut, thin/soft hair, etc. I recommend you book a consultation. As the stylist, both the client and I will discuss hair satisfactory. I will learn your expectations for the appointment, any concerns can be addressed to ensure that a great understanding is established. During this time, we will also discuss alternate protective styles if necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Due to unexpected emergencies or what have you, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please be considerate of my time and inform me through text or email. Thank you. Please be aware that you will be given 24 hours to cancel OR reschedule your appointment. Also, understand that ALL deposits made are non-refundable.
